M4 Architecture is a national Architectural and Interior Design Studio.
Over the past year the M4 Creative Team was awarded more than thirty-two contracts for projects in multiple cities across the county including: Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, Austin,Hollywood and Los Angeles.
In August of 2011, the firm was awarded a $1.2 million FF&E contract for a new senior housing project in Geneva IL.called Greenfields of Genva. In 2010 the M4 Creative Team completed both the conceptual design phase and the schematic design phase for a twenty-two million dollar renovation to an existing senior housing complex located in West Palm Beach Florida called Harbour's Edge.
The firm has built a solid reputation based on twenty-three years of experience in both the Senior Housing and Multi-family Housing industries.
